Cibolo Vista Storage

Cibola Vista Storage is a three-story, Class A climate-controlled facility located in Boerne, Texas, totaling approximately 89,160 square feet. Positioned parallel to Interstate 10, the project will benefit from outstanding visibility, strong traffic exposure, and convenient access. The site has been designed to incorporate the Texas Hill Country into this excellent corridor on the North side of Boerne. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2026.
