Barry Sanditen
Principal
Barry Sanditen graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980. He returned back to his hometown of Laredo, Texas to join the family's real estate business. Barry acquired his Texas Real Estate Brokerage License in 1981 and begin developing single-family residential communities across Central Texas. He is the founding principal of Sanditen & Associates and leads the charge on commercial real estate projects throughout Texas and Colorado.
His strategic planning, precise execution, and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction define his approach to each venture. Over the years, Barry has forged countless successful partnerships and spearheaded development of raw land tracts, from acquisition to entitlement, construction and disposition of the asset. Barry's visionary leadership continue to propel Sanditen & Associates forward, fostering growth and innovation in every project. Beyond his professional achievements, he treasures time spent with family, engaging in outdoor activities like flying, hiking, hunting, and fishing.

Britt Sanditen
Associate
Britt is a native Texan with a passion for real estate. He attended Westlake High School, followed by the University of Colorado at Boulder. As a third-generation broker, Britt's immersion in real estate began at a young age, driven by determination and a keen understanding of the market. Britt's unwavering commitment to the industry, combined with his genuine passion for connecting with people, positions him as a valuable asset to clients and partners alike.
Since obtaining his Texas real estate license in 2015, Britt has been involved with the local real estate community, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to facilitate complex transactions and strategic investments. Beyond his professional pursuits, Britt finds rejuvenation in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hunting, fishing, and snowboarding, where he refuels his entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success.
Kim Spaw
Administrative Assistant
Kim has over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. She relocated to Austin in 1983 following her graduation from high school in Charlotte, Michigan and joined the Sanditen team in 2003. With a career rooted in real estate from the start, Kim's expertise and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our team. Her organizational prowess and proficiency in bookkeeping ensure the smooth operation of our projects and daily operations.
Beyond her professional commitments, Kim finds joy in spending quality time with her family and is actively engaged in her local church.
